Purchasing credits to send SMS campaigns to past guests
When sending guests messages through StayFi's Text Marketing tool, your account will be charged 1 - 3 credits per message sent. Messages sent to U.S. and Canadian phone numbers (+1 country code) will be charged one credit, while the cost for messaging phone numbers from other countries varies from 2 - 3 credits as shown in the chart below.
The cost of purchasing credits depends on the number of credits purchased at a time. Pricing start at $0.0425 per credit, but credits can be purchased in bulk for a bigger discount.
Credits can be refilled from the "Billing and Credits" tab on the Text Marketing page. Choose to purchase bundles of credits, or turn on Auto Refill to automatically add credits to your account when you go below a certain threshold.
