How to remove past guests from your Guest List to ensure you don't market to them in the future.
Guests cannot currently be deleted from the guest list. To make sure you don't market to them, it is best to blacklist their contact information is StayFi's email marketing tool, or any tool you are using to communicate with guests.
While you can't delete guests, you can edit their name and email in the Guest List to make sure their contact information isn't in the system. To do this, click on a guest's name in the Guest List, select Edit under Contact Information, and replace their email with something generic.
