I Can't Log into My StayFi Account

If you are experiencing issues with logging into your StayFi account, make sure you're logging into your StayFi account using the link below:

If you look in the address bar of your browser, you may be trying to log into our StayFi store instead of the StayFi portal:

If you're still having issues logging in you can also try clicking the "Forgot your password?" link on the sign in page.

NOTE: You will need to create a StayFi account in order to use our service. If you've purchased devices from the StayFi store, we will not be able to fulfill and ship your devices until you create an account in the StayFi portal.  You can use the link below to create an account in the StayFi portal if don't already have one.

To order a device, you will also need to create an account in the StayFi store. You can use the link below to order from the StayFi store. Once you reach checkout, it will ask you to create a StayFi store account.

"Forgot your password" not working

If you are trying to log into your account and forget your password, you can hit the "Forget your password" button in the image above before signing in to reset your password. If you are not receiving a link to your email address to reset your password, that may not be the correct email associated with your StayFi account. If you're unsure about the email address associated with your StayFi account, you can email support@stayfi.com to reset your password or find out which email address is associated with your account. 


Inviting a team member

You can have multiple users associated with one StayFi account if you have a team of people managing different properties or multiple staff members that need access to StayFi. Once you log into your StayFi account, in the bottom left corner you can click Settings>Manage team to add another person to your StayFi account. (see image below)

We will email your team member a link to create their StayFi account. Once they create an account, they'll be able to access the StayFi portal.
