If you are experiencing difficulties or encountering issues while trying to log into your StayFi account, you can use the information in this article to assist you. On the sign in page of StayFi's website, you can click the Forgot your password? button towards the bottom right corner. (see image below)
On the following page, you can enter in the email address associated with your StayFi account and you will be sent an email to reset your password. (see image below)
If you have not received the email to reset your password, I would ensure the right email address was entered and try any additional email addresses that you think may be associated with your StayFi account. Check your spam or junk folder as well to see if this email was filtered there.
