How Much is StayFi? Is There a One Time Payment?

Our service starts at $15.00/month per Access Point. Our pricing structure is tiered which offers discounts based on the volume.

Our service is designed to be used on a month to month basis, giving you the option to deactivate your service for the months you may not use it. You can simply log into your StayFi account and activate or deactivate the device based on your needs. All devices in your StayFi account will be under the Access Points tab in your StayFi account.  (see image below)

Billing Cycle - How does our billing cycle work?

StayFi's service can be used on a month to month basis, but is designed with flexibility to be used as needed. We give customers the option to deactivate or activate their devices based on seasonal needs/inactive months. StayFi bills in arrears, meaning that the customer is billed for the services received after the services have been provided, rather than in advance. With this policy, the customer receives the service first and is then billed for the service provided, in our case every month on the 1st of the month.

StayFi's monthly service will begin once your device is shipped. You won't be billed upon shipment, however you'll be billed the following month for the previous month's service. So for example if your device ships in May, you won't be charged until June 1st. This policy is the same in regards to pausing/deactivating service. If you pause your service at any time in May, you will be charged on June 1st for the service you used in May, but you will not be charged starting on July 1st because you did not use our service at any time in June.

If you received a charge for your service after you've deactivated your account, this is the reason.

How to Pause/Deactivate service?

To pause or deactivate your monthly service, you would first need to login into your StayFi account and follow the steps below:

  1. Locate your devices under the Access Points tab.
  2. Once here, you would click the 3 dots next to the device you would like to deactivate and click unassign.
  3. Once you unassign the device, it will appear at the top of the page under the list of unassigned access points.
  4. Then you will click deactivate, which will pause the monthly fee. (see images below)
