How to Remove Unengaged Subscribers in StayFi Email Marketing
Keeping your subscriber list clean is essential for improving email deliverability, lowering costs, and boosting engagement. Inactive subscribers, meaning people who have not opened or clicked your recent campaigns, can hurt your sender reputation and reduce campaign effectiveness.
By regularly removing or suppressing unengaged subscribers, you ensure your campaigns reach only people who want to hear from you.
Why You Should Remove Unengaged Subscribers
Better Deliverability – Fewer inactive addresses reduce bounces and spam complaints.
Lower Costs – StayFi pricing is based on contact count, so trimming your list saves money.
Higher Engagement Rates – A smaller, more targeted audience produces better open and click rates.
To remove unengaged subscribers, follow these steps:
1. Create an Unengaged Subscribers Segment
3. Suppress the Unengaged Subscribers
Step 1: Create an Unengaged Subscribers Segment
