How much does StayFi cost?

StayFi’s pricing consists of three main components: WiFi Device Subscription (to collect guest data) and Email Marketing and Text Marketing Subscriptions (to market to that data).

WiFi Pricing

StayFi uses a simple, flat-rate subscription model based on the number of billable devices in your account. While the price per device is the same regardless of the hardware brand you choose, the way we count those billable devices varies depending on your network setup.

We aggregate every billable device across your entire portfolio to automatically unlock volume discounts as you grow.

How Billable Devices are Counted

To calculate your monthly total, identify which hardware setup applies to your properties:

StayFi Express + Third-Party Mesh	The StayFi Express	The StayFi Express is the only billable unit. Your existing mesh nodes (eero, Google WiFi, etc.) are not billed.

Volume Discounts

FAQ

If I have 2 UniFi APs in a property and 1 StayFi Express at another home, am I billed for 3 devices? Yes. Even though the hardware is different, they are all "billable devices." You would be billed for 3 units total, helping you reach higher volume discount tiers faster.

Is the StayFi Express always subscription-free? No. The StayFi Express is only subscription-free when it is used as a part of an Aginet Bundle. If you are using a StayFi Express to power your own mesh system (like eero), the Express is the billable device for that property.

Email Marketing Pricing

Once you’ve collected guest emails, StayFi offers a powerful email marketing tool to drive direct bookings. Email Marketing is a fixed monthly cost based on your total number of subscribers.

All Email Marketing plans include:

Unlimited Sends: Send as many newsletters and promotional emails as you like each month.
Automations: Set up automated "Welcome" or "Post-departure" journeys that trigger automatically after a guest stays.
Targeting: Filter your list by property, stay date, or guest behavior.

0 – 200 Subscribers: Free*
201 – 350 Subscribers: $10/month*
351 – 500 Subscribers: $15/month*

FAQ

Is the Email Marketing cost per property? No. Email Marketing is billed at the account level. Your total number of unique subscribers across all properties determines your monthly plan.

Do I have to pay for Email Marketing to use StayFi? No. You can use StayFi solely for WiFi data collection and export your guest emails to another tool. However, most hosts find our integrated email tool much easier to use for automated guest follow-ups.

Text Marketing Pricing

StayFi Text Marketing is a usage-based service. Unlike Email Marketing, which is billed by subscriber count, Text Marketing allows you to control your costs by purchasing text credits as needed.

Credit-Based Sending: You purchase bundles of credits through your StayFi dashboard. These credits are used whenever you send an SMS campaign or an automated text to a guest.

Volume Savings: Credits are more affordable when purchased in larger bundles. The more you buy at once, the lower your cost per text.
Global Destination Rates: While you can reach guests worldwide, please note that the number of credits required to send a message varies depending on the destination country.

Usage Control: Because it is usage-based, you only pay for the volume of messages you actually send—perfect for seasonal properties or specific promotional events.
